Welcome to White Label Poker Software. By accessing our website, purchasing our licenses, or utilizing our infrastructure, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service as a B2B client.
1. Scope of Services
We provide enterprise-grade, RNG-certified white label poker software architecture, CRM systems, and hosting solutions. We are entirely a software provider. We do not operate gambling activities, process direct player wagers, or issue gaming licenses.
2. License & Intellectual Property
Upon entering an agreement, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software for the duration of the contract. All underlying source code, proprietary algorithms (including our bot-detection AI), and platform architecture remain the intellectual property of White Label Poker Software.
3. Operator Responsibilities
As the operator of the white label platform, you strictly agree to:
- Obtain and maintain all necessary gaming licenses (e.g., Curaçao, MGA, Isle of Man) required for the jurisdictions you operate in.
- Enforce strict KYC and AML procedures for your player base according to international laws.
- Maintain sufficient liquidity to honor all player withdrawal requests natively.
4. Payment Terms
Setup fees and monthly licensing/revenue-share payments are processed automatically based on your SLA. Failure to meet the financial obligations defined in your corporate agreement will result in a suspension of backend access and network services.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
Our software is provided "as is" with guaranteed SLA uptimes. We are not liable for legal penalties, user disputes, or financial losses stemming from your operation of the gaming platform. Regulatory compliance in your chosen jurisdiction is exclusively your responsibility.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our software agreement and shut down server access immediately if we discover the platform is being used for illegal money laundering, unlicensed operations in restricted territories, or if there is a fundamental breach of this agreement.
